About Due Date Extension
What is a Due Date Extension?
To help you avoid late payment fees and remain in good financial standing, Vectren offers special one-time due date extensions for customers who qualify. However, once an extension is granted, the extension is not permanent. Your due date will return to the original date listed on your next bill.
How do I sign up for a Due Date Extension?
You must first register with Vectren.com and create an online account to request a Due Date Extension. If you do not have a Vectren.com account, click here to register. You will need your Vectren account number. If you already have a Vectren.com account, click here to begin the Due Date Extension process.
How will I know if I've been approved for a Due Date Extension?
You will know you've been approved once you click "Accept" on the "Confirm Due Date Extension" page and the "Thank you" page appears. The specifics of the due date extension will be listed along with a message that says "Thank you, we have received your request for a Due Date Extension!" We suggest you print this page for your records.
