Bank Electronic Bill Delivery Error Message
You may have received an email from your bank or credit union (or other financial institution)
advising you had been unenrolled from Vectren's electronic billing service due to inactivity
on your account. This email was unintentionally triggered during a system upgrade over the
weekend. You do not need to take any action. Your Vectren account remains enrolled
in electronic bill delivery through your financial institution. We assure you
this issue has been corrected and apologize for any inconvenience or confusion it may have
