Report an Outage

To report your electric outage, please log in to Vectren.com--or you can enter the 10-digit phone number or 18-digit Vectren account number associated with the residence or building experiencing an outage. Please note the phone number must match the one we have on file for this process to work. If the phone number entry process does not work or if you don't have access to your Vectren account number, you may enter the address.

Be sure to stay away from downed power lines and always assume they are live. Also, alert your neighbors of the downed power lines.
