Utility Operations
Vectren Energy Delivery of Indiana - North provides energy delivery services to 570,000 natural gas customers located in central and southern Indiana.
Vectren Energy Delivery of Indiana - South provides energy delivery services to 111,000 natural gas customers and 140,000 electric customers in southwestern Indiana.
Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio (VEDO) provides energy delivery services to approximately 315,000 natural gas customers located in west central Ohio.

Miller Pipeline Corporation
A wholly owned subsidiary of Vectren, Miller Pipeline is one of the nation's premier contractors, providing a comprehensive range of pipeline contracting and rehabilitation services for gas, water and sewer pipelines as well as specialty products and services for the industrial and telecommunications industries. Miller Pipeline is headquartered in Indianapolis.
Minnesota Limited, Inc.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Vectren, Minnesota Limited is a specialty contractor focusing on transmission pipeline construction and maintenance; pump station, compressor
station, terminal and refinery construction; gas distribution; and hydrostatic testing.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Vectren, Energy Systems Group is an award-winning energy solutions and performance contracting company providing innovative and self-funding solutions improving the efficiency, operation and finances of school, university, healthcare, government, and business facility owners. ESG is headquartered in Evansville.
Energy Marketing
ProLiance Energy
Provides natural gas and energy-related services to a variety of large-scale end-users including major industries, utilities and municipalities. Vectren shares ownership of ProLiance with Citizens Energy Group in Indianapolis. ProLiance is headquartered in Indianapolis.
Coal Mining
Vectren Fuels
Provides generating plants, including Vectren Power Supply, with a dependable, low-cost source of coal.
