What is Natural Gas Choice?


Natural gas choice is a program that allows customers to choose the supplier of their natural gas commodity. Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio customers now will have the option to choose their supplier of natural gas if desired, while the delivery of the gas (distribution and maintenance) will still be the responsibility of Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio. You may stay with Vectren as your supplier or choose a new one - it’s your choice!

What can competition do for the consumer? A natural gas market open for retail competition brings more suppliers to the energy marketplace. In turn, these competing suppliers offer more pricing choices for consumers allowing them to "comparison shop" for energy the way they do for other products and services.
