How Do I Sign Up?

You have the option of enrolling in the Ohio Choice program with your selected supplier through a face-to-face visit from a supplier representative, direct mail, Internet or telephone.

As a reminder, you must enroll through a supplier - not Vectren.

1. After you evaluate pricing options and choose a supplier, you will enter and agree to a contract with the gas supplier that will state the terms and conditions of your purchase.

2. You will need to provide the supplier your Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio account number (as a reminder, if you have a past due gas balance on your account and have not entered into and honored a payment arrangement, you will continue to receive VEDO’s standard sales offer price).

3. You will receive a written notice of your supplier election, confirmation or supplier company switch from Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio. If you do not agree with the information in the notice, you will have seven business days to contact Vectren to cancel the enrollment.
