Vectren's Residential Rebate Program is now holding trainings to pre-approve contractors for participation in the new wall insulation, attic insulation, and duct sealing rebates. Vectren Energy Delivery of Indiana residential customers may participate in these rebates using a program-approved participating contractor.

Contractors who wish to perform work for consumers applying for an insulation or duct sealing rebate are required to attend a training session to learn program guidelines and requirements. Upon completion of the training, contractors will be required to sign a Memorandum of Understanding indicating that program requirements are understood and that installations will be performed in conformance with program guidelines.
