Customer List Database
The customer list database provides customer contact information to companies marketing non-commodity energy-related products and services for the limited purpose of those qualifying companies providing targeted marketing opportunities to Vectren Energy Delivery customers. The list includes only the names and addresses of active residential customers of Vectren Energy Delivery.

Billing Services for Non-Commodity Products and Services
Vectren Energy Delivery has the capability of providing billing services on the monthly Vectren Energy Delivery bill to companies marketing non-commodity energy-related products and services.
Due to resource constraints in billing software, Vectren Energy Delivery can have up to four active relationships with third party marketing companies for the purpose of providing billing services on the monthly Vectren Energy Delivery bill. Availability is on a first come first serve basis.
In the event where we have four active relationships with third party marketing companies for the purpose of providing billing services, Vectren Energy Delivery maintains an annual wait list, established on the first working day in January, and deleted on the last working day of December, each year. If more than one qualified marketer’s request is received on any day, the order of those requests will be established randomly, by lot, at the start of the next business day after the requests were received. All requests received from qualified marketers on the previous day will be placed on the wait list in the order reflected by the random drawing for the previous day, prior to placement of any request from the next day.
