Furnace Filter Alerts

Did you know that a dirty air filter will increase your home energy costs and that dirt and neglect are the #1 causes of heating and cooling system failure?  Through Vectren’s Furnace Filter Alert system, you can sign up to receive a reoccurring message from Vectren to remind you it’s time to clean or replace your air filter.

The reminder can be delivered via e-mail or mobile phone text message. You can also choose the frequency of the reminder. Review the furnace manufacturer’s manual to determine how often your filter should be clean or replaced.

How do I sign up? 
You must first register with Vectren.com to before you can set up your Furnace Filter Alert. If you do not have any online account, click here to register. You will need your Vectren account number and a valid e-mail address for registration.
