getting Vectren to install your lighting. Only when Vectren installs lighting is the location of underground conduit
and other facilities reported, ensuring that these facilities can be marked and avoided when other underground work is
done in the future. |

Installation |
|
Vectren will invest up to $400 per streetlight. The customer will be responsible for any
installation costs above $400 per light, payable at the time of installation. Installations will be under contract for a
minimum term of 10 years. |

In return, Vectren will furnish, install, own and operate all equipment comprising the
street lighting system, including luminaries, wiring and other items to supply service for Vectren-approved products. |

Annual Rate |
|
The annual rate is $100.29. The annual rate
represents the rate for energy to operate the lamps and maintenance as needed. |

How to Order |
|
Complete the
online order form to initiate your order. Vectren will supply the lighting products, all materials for installation
and will perform the installation for you. Customers for ornamental lighting are limited to incorporate cities or towns,
individuals, groups of individuals or associations located in Vectren's electric service area. |
