Help Family Members Keep Track of their Energy Bills
If you're concerned about the timely payment of a relative's energy bill, you may want to enroll in Vectren's Third Party Billing plan. With Third Party Billing, you can receive duplicate energy bills for a family member who may need assistance in keeping up with their payment obligations.
In many cases, these individuals are elderly or disabled parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles or children who may be at risk of falling behind in their payments.
As a designated third party, you are under no obligation to pay the primary account holder's energy bill. We offer this option simply as a way to give you peace of mind.
How to participate
If you already have a Vectren online account, just login to Manage My Billing and Payment Options and sign up for the Third Party Billing option.
