Vectren eBill is our convenient billing option in which you receive an email each month when your bill is posted online.

Only residential and commercial business accounts are eligible for eBill at this time. To enroll in eBill, you must first register.

Listed below are instructions on how to enroll in Vectren eBill.

Non-Registered User
Registered User with one Vectren Energy Account
Registered User with multiple Residential Vectren Energy Accounts
Registered User with multiple Business Vectren Energy Accounts

Not Registered:

1. Register your account to Vectren.com.
2. At the end of the registration process, click the Enroll in eBill button.
3. At the top of the page under Standard Printed Bill, enter your email address and click Enroll in eBill.

1. Login to Vectren.com.
2. Go to My Profile.
3. Select the account for which you would like to enroll in Vectren eBill.
4. Select Billing and Payment Options from the left navigation or from the top Manage My Account drop down navigation.
5. At the top of the page under Standard Printed Bill, enter your email address and click Enroll in eBill.

1. Login to Vectren.com.
2. On the My Profile page, click on the eBill button next to the Business header.
3. This will take you to an eBill page that will list any accounts currently enrolled in eBill.
4. Click Add Account(s).
5. Enter the email address where you would like the eBills sent.
6. Check the box next to each account for which you would like to enroll in eBill.
7. Click Next.
8. Confirm your enrollment information and click Finish.
