Eligibility
This contest is open to residential customers of Vectren Energy Delivery. Winners must be at least 18 years old and have an active Vectren Energy Delivery account in good financial standing. The primary account holder must reside at the service address on the account to be eligible to win. Employees of Vectren Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win.

How to Enter
Residential customers - already enrolled in Vectren Budget Bill
Vectren Energy Delivery residential natural gas and/or electric customers who are already active in Budget Bill as of November 30, 2012 are automatically entered in the contest. There is no need to e-mail or call Vectren to confirm your entry.

Residential customers not active in Budget Bill:
Vectren Energy Delivery residential natural gas and/or electric customers who are not currently enrolled in Budget Bill must enroll before November 30, 2012 to be eligible to win. There is no need to e-mail or call Vectren to confirm your entry; all transactions/enrollments are monitored and automatically recorded at the time of enrollment in Budget Bill.

Random Drawing
A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 3, 2012 from among all eligible entries received by the dates required.

The drawing will include all Vectren Energy Delivery residential customers who are active in Budget Bill as of November 30, 2012.

Entrants are only eligible to win one time. Drawing will be conducted by Vectren Energy Delivery whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of being selected as a winner in each of the grand prize drawings will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Winners will be notified by mail no later than the week of December 3, 2012.

Prizes
Vectren Energy Delivery will award 111 pairs of tickets for a total of 222 tickets. Each prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the December 30, 2012 Indianapolis Colts vs. Houston Texans game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Each winner is responsible for his/her transportation to and from the game. The 111 winners will be notified via mail no later than the week of December 3, 2012.
