Enrollment Information

You have the option of enrolling in the natural gas Choice program with your selected supplier through a face-to-face visit from a supplier representative, direct mail, Internet or telephone.

As a reminder, you must enroll through a supplier - not Vectren.

1. After you evaluate pricing options and choose a supplier, you will enter and agree to a contract with the gas supplier that will state the terms and conditions of your purchase.

2. You will need to provide the supplier your Vectren account number. As a reminder, if you have a past due gas balance on your account and have not entered into and honored a payment arrangement, you will continue to receive your gas supply from an SCO supplier.

3. You will receive a written notice of your supplier choice. If you do not agree with the information in the notice, you will have seven business days to contact Vectren to cancel the enrollment.
