Receiving your bill
We offer a couple of ways in which you can choose to receive your monthly Vectren statement: a traditional mailed paper bill or electronically via our free eBill program. Changing your bill delivery settings can be done online via your Vectren.com account or by contacting a representative.
What is eBill?
When you enroll for free in eBill, we will send you an email notification containing your amount due, due date and a link to your bill when it is ready to view and pay online. Enrolling in eBill is easy - all you need to enroll is a valid email address.

Make a mistake when paying your bill? You can manage and edit recent payments online and on-the-fly without calling.

With eBill, there is no waiting for your bill to arrive in the mail and no stamps to buy -- we will send you your eBill as soon as your bill is issued, giving you additional time to make your payment.
How can I change my bill delivery settings?
Login to your Vectren.com account where you can view and modify your settings from the Plans & Options page.

- What should I do if I do not receive my bill as expected?
- Can I get a printed copy of a bill once I am enrolled in eBill?
Vectren will not mail a paper copy if enrolled in eBill. To access a copy of your current or previous bills, login to your Vectren.com account and visit the My Bills & Payments page.
- What if my email address or mailing address changes?
To update your bill delivery email address (if on eBill) or mailing address (if receiving a printed bill), simply login to your Vectren.com account, and update your bill delivery settings via the Plans & Options page. For additional assistance, please contact a representative.
- What happens to my preferences if I move?
Bill delivery preferences can be different for every Vectren account. Once you have a new Vectren account number, update your bill delivery settings for your new account via the Plans & Options page.
